As part of the celebration marking 50 years of manufacturing in Australia, Avida has launched several new products, including a new 2015 model Esperance.

The new B and C type 7923SL Esperance is built on the updated Iveco 50C17 cab-chassis powered by a 3.0 litre turbo-diesel engine with the choice of six-speed manual or the new eight-speed fully automatic transmissions. It is the largest motorhome on the market able to be driven with a standard car driver’s licence.
The innovation and luxury throughout the new model Esperance includes many key changes with one of the most obvious being the new larger slide-out. Within the slide-out is the dinette, microwave, fridge/freezer and bed that allows customers to substantially increase the living space in the already large motorhome. Standard features include an electric lift TV, a full-size kitchen splashback (with new colour schemes), extended bench space with an additional draw bridge, more internal storage cabinets and added shelves, USB sockets and the all new 3D surface cabinet finishes with two-tone curved doors, plus larger mirrors and a stylish wine holder.

Avida’s sales and marketing manager Billy Falconer said: “We are confident the Esperance will now become even more popular with the addition of the new larger slide out model B7923SL and C7923SL added to the ever-popular Avida Esperance range”.

Avida’s 2015 models all have new modern and stylish external decals and are available in 13 colour choices. There are also 13 different internal fabric collections to choose from and three external fibreglass colours available.

The Esperance retains features such as diesel heating, reverse-cycle air-conditioning, outside entertainment unit, LED and mood lighting throughout and much more. What is not readily apparent are the hours of engineering and design expertise that is put into all Avida products; the superior construction techniques and the premium quality materials used create a strong motorhome with the thickest superlight sandwich panel construction. The Esperance’s 33mm-thick walls, 100mm roof and 46mm metal sheathed floors all offer more insulation and the roof panels are strong enough to walk on.

Every new Avida Esperance motorhome has a three-year or one million kilometre factory warranty, five-year structural guarantee, two-year emergency roadside assistance that’s backed by a comprehensive nationwide accredited service network.

The Esperance range offers several floorplan options and there are various size slide-outs available, plus you can choose from the variety of sleeping options: a large island bed, the unique roll down bed or single beds.
